The Role of the Global Advisory Board
The primary aim of our Global Advisory Board is to enhance Pulsora’s ability to help enterprises worldwide accelerate their sustainability efforts. This advisory body will regularly meet with our leadership to discuss emerging trends, challenges, and opportunities in sustainability. With expertise spanning industries like manufacturing, capital markets, energy, and consumer goods, the board is well-positioned to bring fresh perspectives to some of the most pressing sustainability issues.
By tapping into the board's wealth of experience, we can further elevate our platform’s ability to meet evolving sustainability and ESG reporting demands. Our vision is to shape Pulsora’s impact across both public and private sectors, enabling organizations to effectively measure, manage, and report their sustainability initiatives.

Each of these leaders has a track record of driving sustainable practices in their respective fields. Together, they will offer unparalleled insight and guidance to help Pulsora refine its approach to sustainability management and ensure we stay at the forefront of innovation.
Pamela Gill Alabaster
Pamela Gill Alabaster is Co-Chair of the Pulsora Global Advisory Board and is Global Head of ESG & Sustainability at Kenvue, the world’s largest pure-play consumer health company. She previously led sustainability and social impact at Mattel and held leadership and executive roles in CSR and Sustainability at Revlon, Estée Lauder Companies, and L’Oréal. She has been a member of Pulsora’s Board of Directors since 2021.
Todd Cort
Todd Cort, PhD. is Co-Chair of the Pulsora Global Advisory Board and a faculty member at Yale School of Management, where he works as a senior lecturer in sustainability, Faculty Director of the sustainability program, and Faculty Co-Director of the Yale Center for Business and the Environment. He has worked extensively with companies and investors across industrial sectors to implement sustainability programs and develop investor strategies. He serves on a variety of advisory boards including the JUST Capital Scientific Advisory Board and the PRIME Coalition Academic Advisory Committee and Merck Sustainability Advisory Committee. He is also currently Board Chair for Save the Sound, a regional environmental non-profit serving communities around Long Island Sound.
Alena Brenner
Alena Brenner is Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary at Cornerstone Building Brands, the largest manufacturer of exterior building products in North America, where she leads the legal, compliance, risk management, and sustainability functions. Previously, she served as Vice President and Deputy General Counsel for Ryder Systems and Director at Anheuser-Busch InBev.
Annika Dubrall
Annika Dubrall is Director and Head of Global Sustainability and Philanthropy at Tiffany & Co., where she is responsible for providing strategic leadership for Tiffany & Co.’s sustainability and philanthropy functions, driving sustainability strategy, progressing the company’s 2025 Sustainability Goals and ensuring alignment with LVMH’s social & environmental responsibility targets. She is also the current lead for The Tiffany & Co. Foundation. Previously, she served as Director of Strategic Initiatives at PVH, and has held leadership roles at Gap Inc. and Stitch Fix.
Erik Hansen
Erik Hansen is Chief Sustainability Officer at Workday, where he oversees the development and implementation of sustainability strategies across Workday’s operations and workplace, including renewable energy procurement, the development and implementation of the company’s 1.5°C science-based targets, and ESG reporting. Prior to joining Workday in 2010, Erik worked at EY advising clients in IT risk management.
Gözde Morkoc-Nikelay
Gözde Morkoc-Nikelay is Head of Sustainability at Şişecam, one of the world’s largest glass and soda ash manufacturers, with facilities spanning 14 countries on 4 continents. At Şişecam, she is responsible for the end-to-end management of sustainability, including, but not limited to, decarbonization, water use strategy, ESG disclosures, and compliance. Before joining Şişecam, Morkoc-Nikelay undertook various roles at PepsiCo, including PepsiCo Foundation Europe lead and PepsiCo Türkiye Sustainability Impact Lead, supporting the company’s sustainability implementation.
Derya Özet Yalgı
Derya Özet Yalgı is Director of Sustainability at Sabancı Holding, one of Türkiye’s leading conglomerates, with business activities in banking, financial services, energy, industrials, building materials and retail. Previously, she worked as Head of Sustainable Finance in one of the largest private banks in Türkiye and has led the development of a variety of sustainability initiatives, many of which became a first in Türkiye or across other regions. Prior to her banking experience, she served as a consultant leading Türkiye operations of a British sustainability consultancy firm and worked as a consultant on Türkiye’s position on climate negotiations during IMF&WBG Annual Meetings in 2009. Yalgı is actively involved in standards development for a variety of local and global ESG initiatives, and was part of the core team of 30 experts who developed UNEP FI Principles for Responsible Banking.
David Simmonds
David Simmonds is Chief Strategy, Sustainability and Governance Officer at CLP Group, one of the largest investor-owned power businesses in Asia Pacific, where he is responsible for driving the Group’s sustainability agenda and ensuring that it is embedded into the business.
